Work with Holistica

You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly defined problem.

You might know that something feels off.

You might know exactly what you want to change, but aren’t sure how to make it work in real life.

Or you might simply want a fresh set of eyes on the way your life is currently working.

Wherever you begin, we start by looking at what’s actually happening.

From there, there are a few ways we can work together.

Compass Session

A single, focused conversation to help you find your bearings.

You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly articulated problem.

You might simply know:

“I don’t know why everything feels harder than it should.”

A Compass Session gives you space to step back from the day-to-day and look at the bigger picture.

Together, we’ll explore what’s happening, where friction may be showing up, what may be contributing to it, and where there might be an opportunity for change.

You’ll leave with a clearer picture of what’s going on—and a better sense of what might be worth exploring next.

SEE

Gain perspective. Identify patterns. Find the friction.

A starting point for anyone who wants clarity before deciding what comes next.

Best for:
Someone who knows something feels off and wants perspective before deciding what to do next.

Alignment Practice

Ongoing 1:1 work for understanding, designing, and integrating change.

Sometimes one conversation is enough to see things differently.

Sometimes the conditions making life difficult are more deeply woven into everyday life—and changing them takes time.

Alignment Practice gives us space to explore those conditions together and translate insight into meaningful changes.

We follow what is actually happening rather than moving through a predetermined program.

Our work may involve your home, routines, schedule, boundaries, relationships, systems, habits, or the way different parts of your life interact.

The process moves through three interconnected stages:

SEE
Understand what’s happening and why.

DESIGN
Identify meaningful changes and experiment with new ways of doing things.

INTEGRATE
Notice what actually works in real life, refine it, and make it sustainable.

There is no fixed checklist to complete.

We work with what matters most, make thoughtful changes, and learn from what happens.

Best for:
Someone who wants ongoing support to make meaningful changes and see how they work in real life.

Lifestyle Design Intensive

A deeper look at the conditions shaping your everyday life.

Sometimes friction isn’t isolated to one part of life.

Your home affects your routines.
Your routines affect your energy.
Your schedule affects your relationships.
Your environment affects what feels possible.

When the pieces are interconnected, it can help to step back and look at the larger system.

The Lifestyle Design Intensive is a comprehensive exploration of the conditions surrounding your everyday life, with a tangible design component to help translate insight into action.

Together, we look across three interconnected areas:

SPACE
Your physical environment, home, sensory surroundings, and the spaces you move through every day.

RHYTHM
Your routines, habits, energy, transitions, and the way your days actually unfold.

STRUCTURE
Your systems, schedule, boundaries, responsibilities, and the structures that support—or complicate—your life.

The intensive may include an environment review, exploration of routines and systems, and a concrete design plan tailored to what we uncover.

The goal isn’t to redesign your entire life.

It’s to understand what’s creating friction, identify what could change, and create a thoughtful path toward a life that feels more workable.

Best for:
Someone who wants a more comprehensive look at several interconnected areas of everyday life and a tangible direction for moving forward.

Movement Sessions

Some conversations are better in motion.

Not every session needs to happen sitting across from one another.

Walk-and-talk sessions offer a more informal, embodied way to explore what’s happening and see what emerges when the conditions around the conversation change.

Moving through a different environment introduces movement, sensory input, surroundings, and a different rhythm into the work itself.

Movement Sessions can be incorporated into Compass Sessions or Alignment Practice when it feels useful.

Sometimes a shift in perspective begins with a shift in where—and how—you’re moving.

Not sure where to begin?

That’s okay. You don’t need to know which kind of support you need before reaching out.

Start with a conversation, and we’ll figure out together what makes sense.

Start a conversation.
